1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made on the website https://editions.ivanargote.com between the seller and any person placing an order via the website.

3. Products
The products offered are artist books, original works, and limited edition prints by Iván Argote. Each product page includes the key characteristics of the item (dimensions, edition size, signature, etc.).
While we aim to provide accurate images, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
4. Prices
Prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, if micro-entrepreneur).
Shipping fees are added at checkout based on your location.
5. Orders
Customers can select products and add them to their cart. Once the order is confirmed and payment is processed, the sale is considered final.
Payments are due at the time of purchase and can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other method available on the website.
The seller reserves the right to cancel an order in case of error, unavailability, or dispute.
6. Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days.
We ship worldwide from France via trusted carriers (La Poste, Colissimo, DHL, etc.).
Estimated delivery times:
• France: 2–4 business days
• Europe: 4–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days
The seller is not responsible for delivery delays once the package has been dispatched.
7. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or limited edition items.
However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos. We’ll work with you to find an appropriate solution (replacement, refund, etc.).
8. Intellectual Property
All artworks and editions remain the exclusive intellectual property of the artist. No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the content or visuals is permitted without prior written consent.
9. Privacy
Personal data collected during your order is used only for processing your purchase and will never be shared or sold.
In accordance with French data protection law, you have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal information.
10. Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, we will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, jurisdiction will be determined by the residence of the customer or the location of the seller, in accordance with applicable laws.
